In addition, we claim no responsibility for trimmings, buckles, buttons, belts, and sequins. We also cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage; or damage to weak or tender fabrics. On occasion even when we follow the manufacturer’s suggested cleaning process your items may chemically react differently than expected. In this occurrence, as well as the case of an item being misplaced, we will try our best to rectify the situation. At the same time it is impossible to be compensated for exactly what you paid for a garment. Therefore, we will reimburse up to 10 times the value of cleaning the item.

Please be aware, any differences in item count must be reported, and receipt presented, within 24 hours. We are not responsible for any abandoned garments that have been here for more than 180 days.

Alterations Customer Release Form

By signing and submitting this form you accept all terms & agree to not hold Central Cleaners responsible for measurements that were not done in house by one of our trained specialists.

By leaving Central Cleaners with your completed alterations, you are agreeing that all work was done completely and to your satisfaction. Any concerns or questions must be brought to our attention before the garments leaves Central Cleaners.

Both parties understand that you or Central Cleaners may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, you are responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed. This will be solely determined by Central Cleaners. Should you cancel the project following it’s completion, You are responsible for full payment as per the agreed upon estimate plus all expenses incurred
